Chai Stout Nitro
Deep rich stout, medium body with creamy character. Hints of coffee, chocolate, chai tea, and caramel (5.1% ABV, 31 IBU).
Perle Necklace (aka Perle Light)
One malt, one hop Kolsch style beer. Light golden pale in color, crisp and refreshing perle hop character that lingers nicely on the taste buds. (3.8% ABV, 33 IBU).
OTC Pils
Crisp Bohemian style Pilsner using Saaz and Motueka hops, along with Sinagua Malt from Camp Verde.
